Students who received this generous donation from Foster Fuels President and CEO, Watt R. Foster, Jr. and his family, displayed academic success and professional skills. Each award was presented in memory of leaders and loved ones like Watt “Bobby” Foster, Sr. who have made a significant impact on the community.

With the focus on awarding and encouraging young men and women to succeed and impact the community, the Foster Family is excited to see the fruits of the scholarship. Previous students have gone on to not only impact the community but also to begin a career in law, medicine, business, and several other fields.

“These scholarships are presented in hopes that these students will pay it forward,” Susan Dalton, the announcer and member of student counseling said.

Among several other presenters of scholarships was Dara Logan who presented nearly $200,000 on behalf of Lynchburg College for students who have performed well academically and will be attending the college in Fall 2016.

Congratulations to all graduating seniors from William Campbell High School for exceeding expectations and thank you for making a community impact.
