Foster Fuels would like to congratulate the recipients of the 2016-2017 Corporate Scholarship. Through their hard work and determination, they have proven to be students that Foster Fuels wants to recognize and encourage to continue their educational efforts.

Scholarship were awarded based on scholastic achievement, extracurricular activity involvement, a typed essay, and letters of recommendation. The following award winners are:

Harley Betterton is the daughter of Mike West. Harley is a rising senior enrolled in the Nursing Program at Lynchburg College. Harley plans on becoming a nurse after school, and hopefully one day, a nurse educator.

Carrington Crossland is the daughter of Tony Crossland. Carrington is an upcoming sophomore enrolled in the nursing program at Liberty University. Carrington plans on graduating with a BSN in Nursing, and will hopefully purse a master’s degree to become a nurse practitioner.

Hope Johnson is the daughter of Keith Johnson. Hope is enrolled at the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Lynchburg College. Hope plans on becoming a licensed physical therapist upon graduation.

Andrew Jordan is the son of Jennifer Jordan. Andrew is a rising sophomore, with a major in Music Education, at Liberty University. Andrew dreams of becoming a high school band director after graduation.

Hannah Peck is the daughter of Angie Peck. Hannah is enrolled at the Centra Health School of Nursing. Upon graduation, she dreams of working at Virginia Baptist in the NICU.

Haley West is the daughter of Mike West. Haley is a rising senior, majoring in Exercise Physiology at Lynchburg College. Haley plans on entering a graduate program of Occupational Therapy after graduation.
