Foster Fuels has two separate drug and alcohol policies that govern all of its employees. One drug and alcohol policy is a Department of Transportation requirement for all commercial drivers and meets the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Our second drug and alcohol policy governs all non-commercial drivers and office employees.
Foster Fuels’ drug and alcohol policies are reviewed during orientation, so each new employee is fully aware of Foster Fuels’ commitment to a drug-free workplace. New employees must also pass a pre-employment drug test, and all employees are subject to random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug testing.
Foster Fuels’ drug-free workplace policies and tests are managed by our safety director. All are strictly confidential and are maintained securely.
