2. Respond: When disasters like severe storms or power outages strike, you can contact our Mission Critical division, which is on call 24/7 and ready to respond. 
3. Dispatch: We’ll send trucks and tankers with the required fuel. Our team plans the safest and fastest route, even through disaster-affected areas.
4. Deliver: Our trucks will arrive within the agreed upon SLA timeframe. We can deliver directly to your generators, tanks and equipment to save you the transport and handling process. We follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during refueling. 
5. Support: During long-term emergencies, our trucks can remain on site or we can provide ongoing monitoring and schedule repeat deliveries as needed. After the disaster, we can also work with you to refine and update your contract for future needs.
