Foster Fuels is committed to a drug-free workplace for all of its employees. It is common knowledge the cost and damages that drug and alcohol use can cause especially in the workplace.
Foster Fuels has two separate drug and alcohol polices that govern all employees. One drug and alcohol policy is a DOT requirement for all commercial drivers and meets the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Our second drug and alcohol policy governs all non-commercial drivers and office employees.
Foster’s drug and alcohol polices are reviewed during orientation and the new employee is fully aware of Foster’s commitment to a drug-free workplace. New employees must pass a pre-employment drug test. All employees are subject to random, post accident, and reasonable suspicion testing.
Foster’s drug-free workplace polices and tests are managed by our safety director, all are strictly confidential and maintained secure.
