Mac and Trey were exceptional, got straight to work, did the job beyond my expectations and were, first and foremost, communicative throughout the day as they progressed. I learned a lot, especially enjoyed Mac’s personality and at the end of their work, tipped them $60, which Mac tried to talk me out of. Didn’t work, they were great! I wanted to share that he later gave $40 of it to Trey which I happened to oversee. That’s the kind of class and leadership that Mac demonstrates. Take care of him, as he’s a (mostly) polished gem.

I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the Foster technicians who came out to service my gas logs. We had two companies out previously who had never gotten them fixed. The Foster techs were on time, polite, and got everything fixed in 15 minutes. They even did a few things to fix the functionality that we didn’t even know were available. Afterwards they went over everything, made sure we were comfortable, and let us know if we needed anything else just to call. I did not get their names, but you may be able to pull a service ticket and see who they were. Always nice to have your company represented well and I thought I would let you know. Thank you.
