Corporate Sponsorship Request Form

Foster Fuels is proud to partner with and support organizations throughout our Central Virginia community. If you are interested in having Foster Fuels as a sponsor of your event, please review the following information and fill out the form below.

• Organizations serving in areas where the Foster Family business, Foster Fuels, is headquartered will be given priority. Foster Fuels’ local service area includes Central and Southside Virginia.
• Funding decisions will be communicated by email to the contact person named on the application.
• Please note that prior contributions do not guarantee future funding.
• Foster Fuels accepts donation requests on an annual basis from January 15-November 15 with a limited budget. Requests must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to an event to allow time for review. Our team does our best to reply to each request within 7-10 business days.
• In order to make strategic donations to the requesting organization, the Foundation asks for no more than one application of support per calendar year.

Foster Fuels accepts donation requests on an annual basis from January 15-November 15 with a limited budget. Requests must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to an event to allow time for review. Our team does our best to reply to each request within 7-10 business days. Please do not apply for support more than one time in a calendar year.
